Education: Any Graduate
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- International voice process.
- Technical support, Hardware and networking.
- Identifying hardware and software solutions.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Guiding techs through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
- Providing support in the form of procedural documentation..
- Testing and evaluating new technologies.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
Purpose and Scope of the Position:
- Handle inbound calls from Field Technicians.
