Job description
MONITORING TRAINEE
Openings: 50
Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring the customer sites as per the Monitoring SOP of the Business Unit.
2. Willingness to work in a 24 X 7 environment and shifts.
3. Agility, Deep Observation, and Swift Response.
4. Report any inconsistencies to Next Level.
Compensation :
CTC Range: INR 150,000/- (Designation will be revised to Monitoring Executive after successful completion of 3 months of probation period)
Benefits: ESI, PF, Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Incentives, Overtime, Holiday Pay, and Shift Allowances.
Job Guidelines:
a. Shift timings: 24/7 shift as per department roster.
b. Overlap shifts differ on a case-to-case basis for women employees. The night shift is
mandatory for male candidates.
c. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday attendance is mandatory.
d. Unapproved leaves will attract penalties.
e. Adherence to the Leave Policy and Attendance Policy is mandatory.

Any Diploma/Any Graduate.
