Job description
Education: Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
Responsible to
- Understand and demonstrate the drawing requirements to the convey to the team.
- Strong in Drawing interpretation and GD&T.
- Compare 3D to 2D for discripancy.
- Perform tolerance stack analysis.
- Prepare manufacturing drawings to convey the customer requirements, Product requirements, Process requirements to down the line.
- Able to prepare DFM.
- Able to do functional analysis.
- Interpret part inspection reports and do necessary corrections in the respective manufacturing drawing.
Experience :
- Min 4 years of experience in sheet metal industry.
- Min 4 years of experience in Solid works/AUTOCAD.
- Manufacturing knowledge of sheet metal products, Experience in Gauge and Fixture designing will be a added advantage.
- Should have sound knowledge in Drawing projections, detailing, application of GD&T in accordance with ASMEY14.5.
- Excellent Written and Oral English Communication skills.
- Should adhere with AS9100 / ISO9001-2015
