Job Roles & Responsibilities
JOB SPECIFICATION: Senior HR Executive- Recruiter
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (Ex. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn)
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Able to source candidates using third parties
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fitment and compatibility
- Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
- Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)
- Performing new initiatives like Engagement activities, R&R Programs
- Completing the documentation and preboarding formalities
