Job description
Designation: Civil Engineer ( Handover Executive)
Location: Mahalunge, Pune
Qualifications: B.E/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Role:
- To prepare Customer visits schedules and reports as per the prepared timelines
- To hold the right updates with the Project and CRM team for approval of customer demands and needful on-site and backend
- Flat inspections and rectifications as per customer requirements and those that are to be checked as per project team
- Flat Inspections with customer/clients on the scheduled time for snagging
- Reporting to the project team with the snagg sheets and revert to the CRM authorities to obtain the time sequel
- Front-end compliance and management with Onsite project team
- Regular reporting updates with the CRM, Project team and the clients at the same
- Flats cleaning schedules as per handover dates also post possession approvals(Deep/Basic)
- Maintaining Key records on Daily Basis
- Regular maintenance of MIS and Reports, follow ups RM(CRM) for handover schedule
- Property documents check, Essentials goods check to be done before possession
- Arranging Handover Gift Kits and all essential documentation
- Overall Estate Management and Handover with respect to Possession from Client company to the Customer(Owner)
- Assistance with Pre & Post Possession issues and resolutions like Rental assistance ,Vendors etc
