Job description
- Job content: -To release accurate and timely bills and ensure to close the settlement at the earliest.
- Education :Any Graduate
- Duties:-
- • Approve credit requests from customers.
- • Create monthly and quarterly commission reports.
- • Resolve issues arising from actions or events involving administrative
- Functions and throughout the billing process of the customer.
- • Coordinate and resolve issues if any from customers or their respective insurance bodies.
- • Pleasing communication with customers/Patients.
- • Timely flow of consolidated billing reports to concerned superior.
- • Daily feeding of bills with accuracy in system.
- • Feeding billing inputs with accuracy in the system.
- • Ensure complete documentation and coding for each patient.
- • Maintaining billing file/records by batch as per hospital protocols.
- • Daily closing of balance for the day.
- • Co-Ordinating with all departments for clearance and rechecking of bills.
