Score : 60 % / 6.5 CGPA in Std 12 / Diploma & Degree Engineering
Location : Ahmedabad, Plant Based role (6 Days Working)
Must be – candidate willing to work in Formulation Manufacturing – Production Department ONLY should apply.
JR Encompassing (But not Limited To) –
i. Perform & Supervise daily operations including granulation / compression / coating / packing / warehouse activities of pharmaceutical products.
ii. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards and SOP & other related compliance measures.
iii. Train and mentor production staff on safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
iv. Identify & Support troubleshooting and other production activities and issues; implement corrective actions including QMS activities i.e. Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Investigation.
v. Collaborate with other departments like QC, QA, TT, OE to optimize workflows.
vi. Conduct inspections of equipment and ensure proper running conditions.
vii. Maintain accurate records including batch logs, equipment usage, and training documentation.
viii. Knowledge related to Six Sigma, Process Optimization, Cost Control etc. (Good to have)
