Job description :

  • Achieving the given business targets through effectively managing the primary network and secondary network.
  • Appointing Distributors in vacant areas and increasing the share of existing distributors by expansion and extraction in secondary network
  • Meet customers as per call cycle plan
  • Collect market information, collecting competitor’s data, analyzing the same
  • Execution of sales strategies and doing BTL sales promotional activities.
  • Payment collection.
  • Co-ordination with C&F timely dispatches.
  • Conducting product awareness campaigns, service campaigns, training sessions for dealer’s technician at dealers end.

Ideal Background:

Qualification (minimum/desirable): A Bachelor Degree or Diploma in any stream/MBA.
Experience: 2-7 years of experience.
Age: Upto 29 Yrs.

Technical Skills:

  • Willingness to go beyond the challenges and meet the deadlines with go-getter attitude
  • Possesses good communication skills.
  • Must be willing to travel within the assigned Territory.
