Designation: Associate / Senior Associate.
Shift : Rotational Shift

Salary : 20000 CTC ( 15000 in-hand ) – Fresher 28000 CTC ( 23000 in-hand ) – Exp
Level : L13 – Fresher L12 – ( 6 months – 2 Years of Relevant experience)
Notice Period : 15 days ( Immediate joiners preferred )
Cab Facility : 2 – Way Cab will be given.
Location : Lanco Hills Technology Park, Lanco Hills Private Rd, Sai Vaibhav Layout, Hyderabad
Requirements :
The criteria should be excellent communication skills in terms of verbal with skilled in customer service from International Voice Support or Freshers.\
- Education : Undergrad with Experience Any Graduate
- Excellent : English Communication skills B2L
- Experience : Fresher & Exp
Preferred Skills :
1) Excellent Communications with Languages like :
- English + Tamil
- English + Telugu
- English + Hindi
2) Knowledge or Experience in BPO Sector.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Initiate telephone calls to insurance companies requesting status of claims for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions.
- Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
