Job Description
1. Sales Executive/Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily reporting to the Product Head/Marketing Head
- Tele calling customers, generating inquiries and follow up.
- Advance Tour plan (min. 10 to 15 days in a month)
- Preparing quotations & sending them to customers.
- Enter prospects in master.
- Responsible for sampling and demoing to customers.
- Responsible for the collection of payments from customers.
- Checking e-mails & correspondence with customers.
- Correspondence with branches & preparing daily marketing reports.
- Price negotiation and finalization with the Product Head.
- Generate/Renewal of AMC of machines.
- Participate in exhibitions.
- Touring for marketing of respective machine.
- Collecting data from magazines related to machine applications.
- Finding out our competitors & analyzing their strengths & weakness.
- Responsible for maintaining data of records of other competitors’ machines.
- Analyzing new technologies in the market.
- Give an overview and detailed product training to new joiners.
- Over and above if any task given as per the requirement is to be carried out.
Preferred Candidate Profile –
- B.E./ B. Tech – Mech OR EC OR IC OR ANY
- MBA/Post Graduation – Marketing
Desired Candidate –
- Candidate must be having good Interpersonal & Intrapersonal skills.
- Open to travel across the city / state / country
- Two-Wheeler with Driving License must
- Candidate having HINDI communication will be an advantage.
- Candidate having minimum 1 to 5 years experience in Industrial Machinery / Equipment Sales.
2. Service Engineer
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Service Engineer should have proper toolkit with all required tools and required documents i.e. service report book, installation records, product catalogues, product-wise driver CDs.
- Receive technical problem calls of machines.
- Installation of machine
- Service Call
- Provide demonstration of the machine to the visitors.
- Operate the machine.
- Trouble shooting.
- To manage the sample gallery.
- To do the creativity work for preparing new trophies, applications, signs etc.
- Timely submission of Tour expenditure vouchers duly completed in all respects with supporting attachment and obtain signature of Technical Head and forward to HO
- Daily reporting to Branch Head/Technical Head (HO).
- Over and above if any the task given as per the requirement is to be carried out.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should be Local
- Two-Wheeler with Driving License must
- Candidate should be open to travel across city/state/India
- Candidate should have good exposure in After Sales Service.
