- Call US insurance payers to resolve claim issues (denials, payments, adjustments)
- Analyze trends and escalate issues to supervisors
- Maintain documentation (SOPs, trackers, logs)
- Participate in training sessions to master Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Investigate patient account issues and coordinate with analysts
