Job description
We are hiring for International Chat Process only for an immediate joiner (Customer support) on 29 July’23
Education: Any Graduate
Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate has to Support through Chat.
- The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
- The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
- The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
Key Skills:
- Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites.
- Should have basic knowledge of mobile/computing products.
- Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
- Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).
- Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Graduate (No backlogs & should not pursue any regular studies)
- Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have 6 months of experience in a Customer support role.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- 100% work from office
- Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
