Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
From 1 to 5 year(s) of experience
Location: Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Openings: 50
1. ADM will be responsible to recruit IC38 agents and composite agents.
2. ADM will procure fresh premium through agents attached.
3. ADM will motivate, train and guide existing agents and new agents.
4. Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill.
Develop agents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company
Salary Range: up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives + Conveyance
